Default tc cortina wheel tubs

i am wanting to fit 15 x 8 prostars (3.5in) backspacing with 255/60/15 to the **** of my tc cortina . i have heard a few tales of not needing to minitub etc and was just wondering if anyone could give me a definate answer. any response would be great. cheers.

hahahah ricers arnt bad.....to beat
my sugestion is fit the weel onto the back of your corty with the tyres on it and everything and spin them,
if they touch anything find what it is.

With that back space, You may need to cut and shut your diff. 225/60/15 is a comfortable fit on that size rim if you plan to take passengers. I would look more towards a 4.5" - 5.5" back space if you want to leave the diff width as it is. I've just recently purchased a TF for another clevo project and I won't be touching the body at all as the last one ( TE ) just caused me headaches with Qld Transport.
