After a week of being overseas it's great to be back in the AU.
Myself and the evil half went to Queenstown NZ for a snowboarding holiday. After nearling breaking my legs several times I've realised snowboarding isn't for me. I've also realised after spending a week driving around in a 1.3 Hyundai Accent hire car why I like the Falcon so much. I had an Excel previously and it was alright (extractors and exhaust fitted- took a beating too) but this 1.3L POS was terrible. You couldn't spin the tyres, you couldn't accelerate and it had the death wobbles at around 110kms/hr on the open road. I had to drive up one of the mountains to get to a ski fields and it was horrible....no guts at all. It's so damn good to be back in my own car and not driving the death trap anymore. Here's looking forward to this week's pay and the purchase of more goodies (Stinger EMS...and a proper xr6 cam back in).
