Default Help with my sound system

Hey i have 2 subbys in a dual box with 1 amp but i can only get 1 subby to go at one time both wont work at the same time
any ideas?

Sounds like you got them wired out of phase.. make sure they are both wired correctly to amp..

i have them wired to both bridges + and - but it only works on the first bridge not the second

if you have to subs in one box, and one amp, you need to make sure that the subs are bridged in the box, if not you either need to run a wire outside the box to the other sub, might have to terminals one at each end, or have to run a wire threw the box, depending on what amp you have, if you have a mono block amp, you need to bridge the subs to each other, if you have a two channel you can run seperate wires from each sub to each different channel. ?

the box is diveded so both subs have diff wiring so i should run both subs off 1 wire to the amp?

Try swapping the pos + and neg - of one sub at the amp so undo one subs wires and swap them round.. Leave the other one as it is.. see if that helps..

Also make sure you have the cross over set correctly.. and adequate input to the amp..

Wat amp is it? and wat subs? single voice coil or dual?
