No Patience, this car looks immaculate.. one owner.. had personalised plates.. you can tell it was looked after. Offered 9800 and got it at that... on top of the 9800 its costing 400 to the sydney auctions and another 400 to ship it up here, 10600 all up.. which is what redbooks private sale at the most was for this model.

Getting another manual... your asking for trouble. Becareful, or it'll just happen again.

Yeah this one might be a single spinner though... I think LSD's were an extra $510 or something as an option.

I've learnt my lesson... No hard accelerating up hills in the wet with skinny tyres... I can't beleive it kicked out in 4th.

This car will be as hot as those AU's above soon they look mightyyyy fine :P

I noticed 2 of the 3 of them AU's have... different grilles... what are they and where do you get them!

LG's one would look better with the stock grille (IMO) But Glenns looks great with the light modifications I can also see in the pic.

If you look at my car side on, the C2R Front bar, has actually copied part of the Rebel Rear Bar. It is kind of the reverse. Never really noticed it before.

But yes, you can't buy C2R stuff anymore.

They went into Liquidation, over 2004/2005. There were talks about people buying it out. But obviously nothing has happened.

Cheers

Default get a v8

There is only one choice to make , v8 is it. Its a fact that the v8s keep more value than a six. Spend money on the six and its always a six. My bog stock forte v8 did a 15.013 at the motorplex the only mod a tickford cai that cost 30 bucks. No stock six would do that :

I'll tell you what I tell every one budda, take your time and check the car thouraghly and be sure its the car you really want. If its got a ding here and ding there and your not happy with don't get it. Seek and you shall find, be paietiant(must learn to spell that word) and reap the rewards.I was dishearten when looking for over 8 weeks but it paid off for me, have a look at this post I put up on another thread, I thought it was the end of the world cause the car was so straight and in such good nick until I saw this http://www.fordforums.com.au/attachm...id=20638Anyway good luck with it all and I'm sure if you be paietiant you'll get a great car at a very fair price, happy car hunting. Also see the thread "looking To Buy AU... any tips??? by John Galea on the 2nd page and you'll see more photo's
