what is the more likely electrical thing that stuffs up on a ea that the service codes cant detect?
the fuseable links? where are they situated? there is a fuse after the ecu where is that situated? how many ecu`s are there in a ea? |

i've been told something in the power steering causing weird electrical problems.. and quite often doesn't throw up an error code...
fusable links are right next to the battery.. should be a couple of black plugs hanging off the battery... |

I can answer the last question:
One ECU, behind the passenger kick panel. (For T5 or Borgy 3 speed auto) Two ECUs, one behind the passenger kick panel, and the other (a "TCM") for the auto, behind the handbrake kind of (For the BTR 4 speed auto) Is this a question leading to a problem you have, or more of a random trivia quiz? |
