Try replacing 20-50% of the water. This fish may be the most sensitive of the lot to bad water conditions. Even though you have a filter the water can suffer from a build up of nitrates or ammonia or other waste by products. you should change around 20% of the water every 2 weeks in a moderately crowed aquarium. If that fish still looks crook in a couple of days, get it out. Dead fish cause other dead fish.
