Just wondering if anyone had attempted to replace their EF/EL wing mirrors with AU/BA mirrors.
I don't think theyd fit, but wondering if anyone has tried it. My mirrors are scratched and bashed on the outside and instead of painting them, I thought I might try to swap them. Going the other way then... It should be entirely possible to put EA/EB/ED mirrors on my EF considering they are the same doors - correct? (Providing they have the same wiring connections, which I assume they do) |

All e-series power mirrors are interchangable, wiring looms might be slightly different, but that's easily sorted. AU/BA mirrors won't fit, they're a different shape, different mounting points, etc. The door skins on AU/BAs are totally different, but if you can graft the base of an e-series mirror to an AU/BA mirror body, then go for it, I'd like to see it

That'd be a good project for EA2BA!
