My wife works with one of these in her new job and he annoys me and I don't even work with the guy.

Did I mention he was on the Biggest Loser and uses that as leverage to the argument? Even though he put back on double what he lost.

All you have to do is listen and that means not be distracted (not thinking about cars, sports, food or beer) and being able to have the right answer when we ask you something we just shared with you. Simple, right? Practice reflective listening. If all else fails, hugs work.

my grandkids have baby bunnies, 7 in total, dwarf lops........granddaughter showed them to me proudly with mum in tow,

with the little face looking up at me she proudly said "my bunnies are gorgeous arent they Poppa!"

"gorgeous and totally delicious as well"..........ever tried to explain how a cute little fluffy bunny is delicious to a 5 year old.

No bunny should be described as delicious, you're 'posed to use adjectives like cute, cuddly, fluffy, adorable, cotton taily and thumpery, not delicious!

Just make sure said junkie pens have the bare minimum amount of ink in them, that way they feel like twits after having successfully "borrowing" your pen, only to find they don't work anymore.

People who have something explained to them and then turn around two seconds after the person walks away, and asks you if you understand what they said, goat me to no end... I have a supervisor like that, who also blames EVERYTHING on someone else, lack of training or "Not being able to do it often enough".

Funny thing is, he's not once directly requested any form of training, and yet has said to me, on more than one occasion, "I know everything there is to know about this place"... And then in the next breath, asks me how to do something really simple. 18 years vs 20 months in the job, instills a lot of confidence in a person .
