Lets make it clear so we can move on. Being limited in selection trying to find the last few that are using V2.9 is not good enough. Why are some here saying that the offer on the table is good enough, I do not get it?

So, what about the "mandatory" (or are they???) updates thae dealers have to do to their versions of software?
V2.9 may well be a solution if there are still a reasonable amount of dealers with that version but how long can they keep it? |

Time Out Guy's until we get some more real news... I would be expecting another announcement soon, then we will probably have a new thread. This will save those that need to look for some real answers sifting through the thread and having to read all the crap posts over again over again. Information Licence agreements where with SCT to Capa Capa then had there own licence agreements with the tuners. At the moment SCT don't know who all the tuners are in Australia, Capa didn't, hand over all the information, SCT don't know whos got what dongle or software. Capas licensing agreement has not been renewed and when all efforts to sort out the problem failed SCT had no option but to turn off the dongles registered to CAPA SCT cut everyone off because the vast majority or who knows how many are playing with SCT software and using pirated boxes and are not registered on the new Data base. Now every dealer that wants it back on needs to make contact and be put on the data base so SCT actually know who is using there software. If you know a tuner have them contact Herrod and email the information to support@sctflashtuning.com so they can be put on the SCT data base. No tuning shop wants to have to sell all there customers a new flash tuner, everyone who tunes honestly is in the same boat, the customers wont like it as we all know.
