Yeah I have, although I’ve only had one chance to really drive it properly so far. Everywhere I’ve needed to go has been in and around the city and full of roadworks. Oh and terrible drivers, at least I know the brakes work!

It will fit but it is not plug and play. You will need to sort out the wiring and it won't work as per factory Wildtrak.

I feel like Ford dropped the ball here, they partnered with ARB and allowed you to option it up from factory, but didn't partner up with a fuel tank manufacturer allowing you to tick the box and roll it into your lease plan when you order it.

Surely long range fuel tank should have been thought about.

I wonder if a larger fuel tank might not meet Ford's internal design/installation parameters stopping OEM factory/factory backed external supplier installations but still legally possible with aftermarket only?

Some dealers let you add these things as Dealer fit accessories and then you can roll it into your lease plan. True, it's a miss from Ford but one that can be sorted.

Test drove the Raptor finally. Great drive and great acceleration. I liked it. The engine note was dreadful though. Sounds like a buzz box. Such a shame really. The baja mode just made the noise even worse. Reminded me of V6 Commodores with an exhaust.

Whilst it was great to drive, I'm still going to wait for the F150 before pulling the trigger.

How did you find the internal space and fit &finish inside Kypez?

Lots are commenting on the v6 ‘maaaang’ noise
I was hoping for a v8 ranger raptor but also that looks like it will never happen
So with the raptor r being released in the states, that maybe will get here one day.
I’ll pick up my ranger raptor and put a deposit down just in case ford bring the f150 raptor r here after the f150 program gets going.
I want the extra space and bigger engine.

It's very nice inside tbh. Rear seat room, I've already called out, should be better in this class but it is what it is. Performance is great. Just the engine note really ruins the experience.

Is there any good tub cargo management systems for the next gen raptor yet.
I.e. to stop tool boxes , bags , boxes rolling around in the tub?

I drove my mates a few weeks ago, and it sounded fine in Baja mode 👍

BTW: my daily is a 5 litre with a Ford Racing exhaust 👋

Look how bad the dual battery setup wiring is in their promo photos, tiny wire, electrical tape coming off the split tubing, cable ties not cut evenly - thats waiting to tear up someones hands

She's gonna get toasty if you try jump start it from the aux battery or just spin over the motor too slowly.

Its always worth having the ability to jump the start battery from the aux battery, up that wire to 2BS and use a 150A MEGA fuse would do the trick.
