Update on the faulty parking sensor... The fault is now permanent. The dealer ran the pc diagnostics which said the car had a broken sensor or wiring fault at the front left sensor. They now want the car for a whole day to fault find and fix it. With that kind of FF accuracy why a whole day? :
I'll tell you this they'd better fix the increasing vibration I'm getting under the dash LHS as well in that 7 hours up their sleeve. What does Ford Corporate think when they get these high warranty hours charged - what a joke.

Dude, relax...

They quote a whole day for worst case scenario. It may only take one hour.

But if they told you 1 hour to fix and it took them 4 hours, you would be much more angry. Yes?

My XR5 is due to be picked up tomorrow, it is getting the windows tinted at present.

It'll be a big change from the Holden Adventra.

That's great! Mine was a big change from a Territory - about 700 kays more to the same size tank (70 litres) different. :

Just picked up our Mondeo, the window tint has set it off well.

Looks awesome Mate, don't you just love Blue Ambition. I think it's the best colour.

We had the muddy rain the day after I got my new car in April. It was just further incentive to wash and polish it.

First post by me in December last year. Interesting to look back at all the posts. Like looking back on photos. This was before the days of the Mondeo having its own forum too. Still happy with mine.

I've uploaded a heap more photos just now, rather than have heaps of images to link to I'll just put in the album location.

It's a front on view of image 14, it's the lower front bumper skirt after driving out of a low driveway :(
