Driving the Group A this arvo. Went under an overpass, and gave it a squirt (as you do).
Next set of lights a Yaris pulls up beside me, with 3 early-20s guys of Asian appearance. They all gave me the thumbs up, and the front passenger said (in a very Aussie accent) "that sounded awesome bro, I love your V8." I just smiled & said thanks. Good to see some of the younger generation have still got an appreciation for 30 year old V8s, despite the (false) stereotyping about their taste in cars. |

Been hoarding a couple faulty things for 6 months as I couldn't be bothered taking them back under warranty but finally got around to it today and got $350 back in my bank account. Not bad.

After a couple of weeks searching for a new daily I finally found the gem I was after.
Felt good driving it down the coast on its maiden voyage.

The date I went on the other night went well. The young lady has been texting me cute things pretty much all day, every day since. Hopefully it works out but only time will tell.
We also got to knock off work 2.5 hours early tonight because we finished the Croser early. Overall I can't complain. |

2 things on Monday:
1. Finding out that my colleague who has a brain tumour had scans which showed no growth since the last scan - good news for him, made me happy for him. 2. Cortisone injection in my right shoulder to treat Bursitis - even after only 9 hours since it was done it is 100% better than what it was and hopeflly will continue to improve over the next 48 hours.

I have struggled with Bursitis in my left hip before due to long-distance running so I literally know your pain. Absolutely dreadful condition to deal with even for a short period of time.

Got to say that's it one of the worst "injuries" I've had,and being in my dominant arm is kind of worse - to eat, I have to take my head to the fork cos my arm won't reach! Anyway, 1 week of acute pain, and 1 week of aching pain and interrupted sleeping and no work, and driving me nuts I am so bored....is all behind me hopefully. Loving the cortisone so far!

Had shoulder bursitis twice and the 2nd time I tried to rest it. Worst thing ever, I ended up with a frozen shoulder and couldn't move my (dominant) arm for 12 months. Bursitis is nothing in comparison. It might require several injections...be patient and exercise it.

Also I told some dork that cut me off in his Pajero that he should learn to drive and also visit Jenny Craig so I feel like it's been a pretty standard day.

I work outside and today was 38C a random woman stopped and gave us all cold cans of lemonade. I felt pretty good about humanity right about that point

Selling a bunch of cars at the moment and sold the first one an hour after advertising, three offers in that time! Hoping the other four go that easy with minimal time wasters.

We're on a business theme. I am feeling a little up right now myself.
I've got an interview lined up with the owner of this shop that does this: https://player.vimeo.com/video/24486...rtrait=0&rel=0 I would be the dyno guy. I hope it pans out. |
