Good luck finding something, hopefully you don't have any trouble finding a suitable position, and just ignore anyone that insults you on the basis that you don't currently have a job - some people seem to love sticking the boot into people who find themselves without a job :(

Woah man, that sucks! I really hope you get a job soon!

Please take no offence at this but, mate you sound really down, I know I'm not in your shoes, but you need to take a time out. Go with your mates on roadtrip, spend some time with your girl, go fishing, something.
It's just that you sound like you're just staying home, DON'T!!!. If you're over trying to get a job, have a break from it for a week but GET OUT OF THE HOUSE! (that wasn't yelling BTW, it was said in emphasis). Go to the local park and read a book, watch the interesting people go by, but do it dressed nicely, don't go in trackies and a sweatshirt, look good and feel good. You may get a glance from a good looking girl, that should give you a boost (Hey, I'd settle for an ugly girl/nice dog/ amorous ferret, I'll take what I can get, maybe even a fish )

Trust me, it's not the end of the world, just a life fart.

I was going mention my job, but I think I'll wait a few posts.

Cheers,
