But are those wheels brembo compatible. Yes those teaser wheels will be on some models, but don't discount an ex FPV wheel for a brembo equipped car.

That's assuming one car will come brembo equipped....

Road_Warrior, lol no, the teaser was of the new XR8. Look closely and you can easily see the bonnet bulge.

Actually, that happens a lot...

Even the production BA bonnet bulge was different to the first official Ford press releases...

The teaser last year was technically an early half reveal. Ford's designer of the new Falcon originally intended the 2014 Falcon to be revealed around late 2013, so the teaser released some features of the new Falcon to get people excited preparing for the official launch.

The lights, wheels and XR8 was part of the tease to give people a rough idea on what the 2014 Falcon will look like and there will be a V8 under a Ford badge again. That was the first sign of the return of the XR8.

What!?!?!?! You think it's all a 'joke'. I talk to loads of car enthusiasts and by far you guys are the worst. I don't care what you all think of my facebook page, but I know 21,600 isn't bad and I have had lots and lots of praise for my work, and what I post on there. You guys however are disgusting and act like absolute babies wanting to pick an argument because you have nothing else better to do with your lives. Thankyou to all the decent ones on here but the rest of you are tossers. Plus some of you who have been blocked on the page, have been requested to be banned. Good day guys.

It's actually wider then FG. Look at the top shaddow of the bonnet.

Not going to argue here in the open but I tried to give you a heads up back there but to no avail. If you state opinions as facts, you will be dumped on and no mod or admin cannot intervene with that.

Please, just state your opinion on what may happen but please don't state them as facts. It is the internet and you will be caught out as seen in just the few posts above.

Thats all I can say on the matter so please ...... lets all move on.

I've extended extra courtesy and tolerance to you based on your passion for the Falcon brand but no longer. Continue with the "I know everything" diatribe and you're going to start getting warnings.

Unless they changed the model in the few days prior to the media event, I was advised that it was an XR6. The artificial light in the animation casts shadows all over the bonnet and other parts of the car to make it difficult (deliberately) to discern the actual styling detail other than the obvious bits (headlights, wheel etc)

Thanks for the hints and feedback. Sounds really what we all hoped.
Grip, stop and go, so offset rears, brembos (at least as an option) and the 335, great news. I would like to at least see Sync make it into the car for some tech...

No bulge, just the raised profile of the bonnet...XR6

The XR8 bonnet bulge is quite flat and wide. Looks like a reverse cowl hood. The teaser is actually an XR8 bonnet. Being so wide it does not look as high as the FG bulge. But I have said too much already.

So essentially, the styling crease will be the same across the range, with the XR8 raised?

That's a pretty big raised section for it not to be the XR8 bonnet, it has been hinted in here that the bulge has been restyled, maybe this is it?

Edit--> I posted before I saw Boss confirmed it's the XR8 bonnet.
