Hi,

Don from Perth. Just picked up my brand new Fiesta ST in racing red on Friday and have been driving all weekend - my head still hurts from the suspension

It's my first Ford and I could not have been happier!

Cheers,
Don

Hi all, I've ordered a Performance Blue Fiesta ST in early April. Currently according to the dealer it's waiting for a boat.
Name: Scott
Occupation: Mail Contractor
Car: Empty driveway ATM
First Mod: Wheels (will be)

I never thought I'd own a Ford, but the Fiesta ST is too good of a car for the price.

Morning all. Just bought a 2000 Festiva for my daughter to run around in. I had a look through the site here and am wondering if anyone has a link for the workshop manual. I know they didn't make one for models past '96, but anything would be better than nothing.
Also, the automatic we bought - and I feel stupid for asking - but what exactly does the "hold" button mean on the gear lever? The best explanation I came up with was a sort of overdrive switch. Was I even close?

Hi all. Just got possession of a '06 WP Fiesta 3dr hatch with
about 210 000kms on the clock.
There's a few problems and being a newbi to cars I'll try the best to explain so. . . .
. A/C needs re-gassing.
. When the car is started cold there is noise coming from what I think is the clutch cause it goes away when I push the clutch pedal in.
. 1st, 2nd & 5th gears sound straight cut (1st, 2nd whine on take off & especially 5th is real loud when selected).
. Occasionally there's strange knocking noises from the front wheels when doing low speed tight turns and/or braking.
I know the cv joints and front shocks were replaced last year & the water pump, timing belt early this year & still runs fine.

So should I sell it for a different car or fix it up & mod it cause its not a bad little hatch.

Clutch may need replacing.
Gearbox needs oil. Hopefully just that.
Drive shafts need replacing.

Apart from that all sounds good.
