I notice he's been verified on Twitter now that he's gotten media attention, it'll make him much more prominent on that platform.

323 new cases for Australia and 19 deaths sees the CMR rise to 1.467% although active cases rise to 9,217. NSW recorded 22, Queensland recorded 1 case with the balance in Victoria. The deaths represent another highest daily total since the pandemic began.
No new cases and no deaths for NZ so CMR is 1.402% and active cases drop to 22. The UK recorded 816 new cases and -48 deaths after some reclassifications yesterday so the CMR drops to 14.929%. Just over 50k new cases in the USA yesterday and 540 deaths sees CMR down to 3.184% and active cases at 45.6% with the raw numbers rising. Note that the USA is actually minus one day due to time differences. Other notable points: The USA completes 66M tests; Lebanon (295), El Salvador (449), Libya (478), Iraq (3,484) and the Philippines (6,958) all recorded new daily highs, those in blue for the second consecutive day and those in red for a third or more consecutive day.

Only problem is there is a surplus everywhere I go. Coles is selling them by the box of 50 for $45. I went to another shopping area and they were scattered everywhere for sale at around $1 each. That will change as soon as they declare that they are to be worn by law but at the moment no one (especially health care providers that probably have access to stock directly from a supplier) should be saying that they can't get any or there is a limited supply.

What you can buy in the shops is not fit for healthcare workers. They are in an environment which is a whole different ball game. They need N95 or equivalent grade masks, hence why the gov is encouraging the general public NOT to buy those.

Deliberate and planned to get some attention. Where's the full video? What was her behaviour like before her friend started filming?? Spitting at and assaulting the male officer not captured on camera?

Although we can't trust the judgement of all cops, sometimes people should be 'roughed up'. Play the game your gonna get it
Been there done that , I may have deserved it, but we don't like 'them' that that think they are the law as opposed to upholding the law (or chief health bla bla) Again, the cops have a hard task atm, she is ok but maybe she didn't know .. stupid beach |

Looks more like he has her by the collar than the throat, at least initially. Still able to talk **** quite fine for someone being choked
It does seem a weird way to perform an arrest however but I'm not a cop. |

Hopefully we are starting to see some benefits of the lock downs. 2 x low 300 new cases in consecutive days....it should deserve a mention but you don't hear about it....its only "record deaths", "deadliest day".... Murdocracy relies on fear and outrage to sell their papers. People are addicted to it. Nine Ent Co is the same, albeit to a lesser degree. "Victoria to face years of restrictions".......Its almost like they are barracking for Victorians to become fed up and just run amok... |

Yep, I noticed a pattern of two smaller days, then one huge 6 to 700 one for some time - the last four days have all been lower in the 300s

Having said that, I have had to go to the Dr several times in the past few months and they as well as the receptionists were all wearing the cheap surgical type masks they sell at coles. When I got tested the guy was wearing the masks you buy from Bunnings - 10 for $2...

I bought two of these when we were all on alert. Comfortable and high quality.
Has a disposable carbon filter in the front, the remainder is washable. Please search the best seller. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/AU-Reusa...4AAOSwD5NfEsfN https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/2Pcs-MAS...0AAOSwPexfLkHs Good quality disposable: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/KN95-Fac...Cclp%3A2334524 Given that this may 'extend a while' .... I wonder if he's using that hold to keep her face as far away as possible, with an assumption that she may be infected and to keep as much distance as possible?
From resuscitation training, there's a couple of parts of the hold that are familiar, including what looks like pistol grip and turning via safe recovery position - though I've got no training in restraint techniques so this is only 2c from the peanut gallery. For the girl it would be quite terrifying, is wearing a mask when it's been directed all that hard?

She gets no sympathy from my family or myself. Let’s see the video leading up to this. Oh there isn’t any. The Police body cam will tell the whole story 👍 This waste of space has had too much exposure 👎 |

On second thoughts they've committed the crime of vertical/portrait video - in a government I lead they'd be off to the gallows to be hung until death

Thank you for participating in my game - Rogosaurus picked up right away there's two sides to the story
Yes we don't know what happened in the lead up but still, take the higher ground, if he didn't choke her he probably wouldn't be on the news and I imagine his management team are going to be head in hands after this one |

The bloody book should be thrown at her... She also kicked the other officer. There are probably several charges they should have given her - including assaulting an officer. 30 days in the slammer and $10k fine for these people. Watch them comply with pleasure when they see a few before them get that.

Victorian MP David Limbrick was asking the CHO about their plan post lockdown - and of course the 'experts' have absolutely no idea on how we proceed afterwards.
https://www.facebook.com/watch/?ref=...99927311269376 Do we stay in lockdown forever? Seems like it |
