Version 4 or something. I've made a few revisions mainly around the around the lower grille which I have narrowed vertically and the lower spoiler lip.

i reckon you've got the grille(s) proportion bang on, but the headlights are too narrow, slope down too much and narrow out too much at the indicator end, but what the hell do i know

i meant they're too wide not narrow, must be tired.

Here are some more terrible colour swaps i did to Nikked's chop as per request. I did one in Vermillion that looked alright but then it deleted somehow, pretty annoying but here are the others.

Blueprint (really difficult and not all that great):

Wrong gender for the Marketing team!!!!

Marketing is always pitched at (uneducated) females - the ads are NEVER about great driving dynamics, exhilarating & rewarding driving experience and Performance etc, and always features (& assumes) the female driving both the car, and the purchase - with the male companion (if there is one) portraide as a pathetic and unnecessary appendage, inhabiting the passengers seat, literally and figuratively. Any wonder Commondoor outsells the Falcon by 4:1 - in the same market segment - AND with 37% V8 Sales ?

rocketscientist, hey great work with number 4.

Remember to ditch the indicators on the mirrors, and the indicators on the side panels are clear, not orange

Other than that really close!

I knew the 2014 Falcon was going to look quite alot different to the current one. But it wasn't until I put the two right next to eachother on the same angle and location that you really start to see the look difference between the two and it's starting to look quite drastic!

I'm loving the new look!

From a distance they look pretty similar from the front.

It's certainly pretty close to what I imagine it would be. In my opinion, the grille on Rocketscientist's image looks more like Spyman's pics than other rendition I've seen in this thread.

Go for the new Falcon for sure! XR6 Turbo and XR8 would be perfect. You'll never look back, why have 2 doors when you can have 4?

Honestly, I think that the FG has still been underappreciated.
Even when the VE was aged (personally, I think its styling was hardly deserving of all its adulation, and the VE interior was absolutely uninspiring), it never got canned to teh same degree.

The FG interior is simply brilliant, and even the exterior in G6E form still looks exceptional. I still believe that a "Euro" badge on it, people would have flocked to it far more enthusiastically.

I think the Falcon has been given rough treatment and misperception over anything else has caused it to fall out of favour.

The car deserves better.

They won't.

But I reckon it would have looked better with the ford badge in the middle of the grille.

Then you'll be glad to hear that the new Falcon will practically carry over the FG interior. Personally, I think the FG interior is dated and should have been completely redesigned for the new Falcon. It's a pity that it isn't.

I do like its exterior, though. The FH / FU / FZ (whatever you want to call it) will be even better.

Shame. I agree with you...from the renditions provided I think it would look better with ford badge in the grill...would be good to see someone have a chop to see what it might look like.

Also, does anyone know if they putting a 'Falcon' badge on the vehicle anywhere?? Used to be on the boot. Probably one of the most annoying things they did to the MKII FG was dropping that. The yanks don't have to be ashamed of the best RWD Ford platform in the world anymore...they've finally managed to kill it off, so send it out with those six dirty letters on it's @rse.

Agreed. The yanks are ashamed of it. Put the FALCON badge back on!

How good is the 2014 Falcon XT?

How much better is it than the current one?

Probably not the smartest thing to day in a public forum.

Sounds like a cool job however.
