Saw that, one thing that had me wondering though was the comment about the adjustable steering feel. One minute people are saying they don't like a car because its steering feels too heavy or light, which is fair enough as different people have different tastes, but when Ford does something proactive like this they can it by saying that it's just another thing to go wrong. Just proves that no matter what you do people will still have a sook.
