Im all for daylight saving and find it really hard to understand anyone that dose not embrace it. Good for the enviroment (energy saving), good for family activities such as going to the park or beach or walking or having bbqs. Its easier after work as a family, to wind down and have quality time than waking the family up one hour earlier to head down the beach then go to work.

Still Daylight at 8:30pm? ...

gawd.
The goverment deserves a smack around the back of the head for bringing it in. :togo:

Whats wrong with daylight @ 8.30pm? At least things are open, and you can do stuff after work!

You're in QLD now, the sun is down by 6pm! I'd get home from work and it'd be bloody dark! Who wants the sun to come up @ 4.30am? That my friend, deserves a smack in the back of the head for allowing such a waste of good sunlight to continue to occur!

Its dark by 9pm, you'll be right! Besides. I'd rather deal with waiting 30mins to sleep, than getting woken up @ 4:30am and not being able to sleep again when you don't get up til 7am.
