Completely aside from this, when I logged on at work this morning(first time for many weeks, it hadn't remembered me and I was viewing as a guest.In the top space where the wrap comp vehicle is, there was a full size add for Great Wall utes?? What happens there??

It has actually been playing up for me today, take's ages to load up a page and then time's out.. I then wait for a about 5min's and comes good, but has happened numorous times throughout the day.

I am often experiencing issues logging in via http://www.fordforums.com.au/ but I can generally long in from http://66.226.77.74/
The log in issues is related to the forum as other forums I am on I have no trouble logging in when I get nothing with http://www.fordforums.com.au/ |

Same here, very laggy usually of an evening. Sometimes takes several goes to post comments etc.. Reload the site and sometimes it comes up, other times it wont.. Its been goin on all last week and this week too.. Have no issues loading up any of the other sites I use.

Same here - really starting to pee me off. It doesn't happen on other sites. I lose so many post and have to do them a second and sometimes even a third time. It's been going on for months not weeks and starting to really wear on my patience. Need a purple pill and take myself to bed methinks.

For those wondering, go back and read post 24 in this thread.
While we are on this current server, these will be on-going issues and the band-aid fixes that are in place only limit the impact - they don't actually fix it. As an interim measure I am going to turn off searches (apart from new post search) as they create massive load on a database this size. Cheers Russ
