i'll probably head up again with u guys. Screw taking my car, even if it is stock. After what we put the VZ through I think we'll just get another hire car lol. I don't wanna hear "lift the guards!" every 5 seconds if we're in the BA ;)

I got a feeling it's gonna die in the a$$ this year simply because there seems to be more and more cops every year. Oh well, alcohol always makes things more fun

it's all the melbourne cops. there is usually roughly 160 extra guys up here. p-platers and entrants get targeted the most but if u got wheels, lowered it, cat back, exterior lighting or anything that may make ur car look like it could be unroadworthy look forward to anywhere form 10 - 45 min on the roadside and if you pass u will get pulled over for an unrandom roadworthy again and again. All the cops are killing the event. Yeah they are doing thier job but they blue army goes WAY over the top. it is very likely that next year the event will be held interstate (likely SA) where the "hoon laws" dont apply .

If they were just defecting the ones being ******* it wouldnt be so bad but they get everyone that drives by in a modded car.

i would love to be in it tonko but the L plates dont allow it. i could get my dad to drive but its not as much fun if its not me driving. he doesnt like our kind of motorsport anyway really... i am trying to push the idea of a "spring nats licence" that would allow L platers to partake in a practicle driving test with officials or someone which would allow us to enter coz if i could i would. however the insurance side wont cover it i dont believe.

ATTN: Les Adams- u gunna help us out mate?

camping is half the fun!

you guys not bringing cars are full of it. unless you hoon around at 9am on the saturday, most of your cars will be fine. you'd know very well if youre asking for it (ie sunny, dont take up the EA)...

it used to be a good fun weekend, revving comps in the caravan park kick ***!
