If I can get a lift with someone, I'd like to go up there.

holmsy, if I can make it, I can help with the bumpers. I now have a bit of experience with taking off and putting on the front bumpers. I've never touched the rear bumper though, so that'd be a challenge! lol

Both bumpers are a piece of p!$$ to take off and put back on! The only difficult part on the rear bumper is getting the wheel arch plastics behind the bumper.

If you have a towbar, it'd be a bit more work. As for the front, it is quite easy. I actually had mine off last weekend... to fit this:

the front bumper i haven't done before. i assume i can do it pretty easy but more help the better. i get the feeling there will be a few of us with not a huge amount to do all the time so might as well have a few little things to do as well.

Hey guys, I've had some pretty major changes happen recently (lifestyle etc...), I'm unsure if I'll be able to come up on saturday... Hopefully I'll know by tomorrow.

Sorry if that throws a spanner into the works Dezza :S

Don't worry about it. If you aren't going, I'll probably be able to hitch a ride with someone else anyway. Hopefully you'll still be able to make it.

I could take you Dezza if you want. However it would be easier if you could drive here as I have to come back to Hoppers before going to VSS that night.

That'd be good thanks Mark.

I'd drive myself, but the car is well overdue for a service (I'm planning to book it in next week), and it needs a fair bit of work.

My main problem is my front ball joints. They urgently need replacing and I need another wheel alignment. I didn't realise how bad my front tyres were looking until I had the bumper off last weekend. The whole inner edges of both front tyres are very badly worn.

Sweet mate, I'd like to have a look how your bumpers came up.
And yeah there proberly wont be a lot for some people to do but chat so if some people bring some stuff done to mod there cars with that would be good.

I'm not working Saturday at all now so it wont matter how long people stay. If anyone is interested in staying in Bendigo for a while we could go into a pub for a few beers and a chat!
