I've got the SC stand (t-base) and it handled my iron headed 302W no worries. Had a dressed 302 Clevo on it also. I didn't have much confidence in it with the Clevo but she took it no worries.

Been diggin!

Just incase anyone came across this thread and was ever wondering.

Ford EA-EL 4.0 SOHC head with valvetrain but minus cover, intake and exhaust is 27kg.
