Clean looking ride. The wheels are EB spac rims.

Dump it and get some stokies that will toughen up the exterior a bit. And there cheap mod's to.

Plus ditch the rear spoiler looks pox as.

LOL. Sorry Pat! It's not staying stock ride height for too much longer, plus the really busted front bar is no longer on the car! Now I've just got a scratched up front bar instead :

Yep. I'm also thinking about getting an EB bonnet and Scorcher front bar, once the funds permit it!

But back on topic, I reckon the EB S-pack rims do look good.

back on topic...... well i think most people would suggest those 2 things to stat with....lowering and stockies..or rims.. and also like EDXR6T said take the spoiler off... get a SVO lip spoiler..they look heaps better.

i dont mind the spolier actually and im not a fan of stockies.
lowering will be a while off. whats it cost for just a slight lower to remove the ugly gap but i dont want it real low?

for now. i just found there is a constant fast ticking in the engine bay on the fuel injector side. and when you accelerate it becomes a loud ticking. i always guess oil but it is full and i even added a little extra to see if it would help. any ideas? the only other thing i could thing of which i doubt anyway is if one of the spark leads it somehow sparking off onto something. i dunno? HELP

You will probably find it is just the injectors that 'tick'. Falcons are known for loud ticking/pulsing injectors....

anyway to stop it?
i dont mind the quiet ticking as you can only hear it if you have the bonnet open and stand in the right place. but the loud ticking is going to annoy the crap out of me.

im going home tonight. so i can get other pics if im still awake after work.

What oil are you using? you may need thicker oil, or it could be the injectors

i put in some 20w 50 last night. it still does it. unless i need to do a whole oil change but it would seem odd.

i think it is something to do with the injectors it all sounds from that side. but i just dont know how to shut it up.

im also now having fun with the blaupunkt cd player that wont eject my cd

worked the cd player out. it jus has to have the button held for like 20 seconds before it ejects. stupid thing.
i jus checked my account and i was suprised i got paid last night. i wasnt expecting it for another week. so i have a little money. im off to get some wiper blades and depending on price maby some seat covers or floor mats.

thanks to the people in irc that did try to help.
i think iv worked it down to a little metal thing on one of the cables that when the engine moves it moves and hits the body.
for now i think the noise is gone so hopefully that all it was.

I wouldn't stress too much about the rims (not sprint rims tho :P)... just dump it & get clear indicators.... then work on making it go fast ;P

Looks pretty clean! keen to see it in person

yeh i dont care about the rims. i might get some clear indicators when iv got the spare cash. untill then the plans are basically in time.
lower it to remove the ugly height but not any lower.
get a new exhaust.
and at some stage side indicators and the front indicators.
and i still need seat covers.

i might get some better pictures latter today sometime.

if your still having trouble with the ticking noise try some injector cleaner. You can get it in autobarn. If that doesnt work just give your car a service eg. drop the oil n change it n the filter.
