According to a report in The Guardian, "Under rules introduced last month, Australians - and Canadians, New Zealanders, South Africans, and Americans - must prove they have a good grasp of English to become UK citizens". God they must be joking, you go to another town 25ks away over there and nobody understands each other. ABC TV needs subtitles. |
