I did. People still confuse the series 1 with the series 3. 45k/kms in 2 years no issues. Tows a 1.9tonne caravan no problems.

People are canning the ZB on sales. It is doing better then Mondeo.Still should be given the boot.I dare say there is probably a good profit margin in the thing.Think I have only seen maybe one or two on my local dealer lot in the last six months.Hardly a good seller.Cheers

That and Mondeo + Mustang sales are still greater than ZB Commodore.

ZB is failing to draw the buyers that it was hoped to.

Mondeo is NOT a Falcon replacement, and is second in its segment to Camry. |

However, with 473 ZB Commodore sales, it was at this point Holden realised it was in serious doodoo.

Historically April is always a soft month compared to March.
March is the Japanese EOFY which is why the Japanese Brands' sales numbers were so aggressive/inflated (compared to April). Looking at the comparison between March and April for the Japanese brands, I'd bet there are a lot of cyber cars sitting on the dealer lot with Bart Simpsons as their first owners. And yes, as mentioned May will be ramping up again with some brands already starting their EOFY campaigns early to get momentum into June |

The market segment is collapsing, SUV and Light Trucks are now the family vehicles.
It will be interesting to see what the different companies do in regard to this segment. Do you think Australia will see an updated Mondeo? |

It's not stupid to compare two largest cars in brand A to single largest car in Brand B Now if Holden had two larger car like Commodore and Malibu or Insignia...oh wait.... |

Again, you are comparing a “sports car” up against a car in a completely different segment.Again your analogy is completely wrong.Whether it outsells the ZB is irrelevant.ZB is NOT its competitor. If Camaro was in Holden’s line up,you would have an argument, but you don’t.VFACTS:Sports cars under 150k: Mustang,Mercedes C Class,BMW 2 series(Mustangs direct competitors) Large car under 70k: ZB Commodore,Kia Stinger & Skoda Superb(Direct competitors) Do some research.
