94 NC1.5 Fairlane , my baby, does about 5000kms a year

89 EA Ghia wagon, alternates daily driver duty and super plush low clearance off road bush driving duties, plans for it to be rebuilt. 342xxxkms matching numbers and a body that appears to have seen several learner drivers and p platers who can't bog for quids.

02 BH Outback wagon, alternates daily driver duty, hard off road duties and is the touring vehicle. Seen the Nullabor 3 times (out of 7) in this car. Been as far as Hervey Bay in it.

Cage trailer.

People say I have too many cars but they just don't understand! Each serve their purposes, The Fairmont wagon being nearly an amalgamation of the Fairlane and Subaru except is not high enough to get through some tracks and is missing front driving wheels for anything serious.

I have 3 and a trailer at the moment. I used to have more when I was a bit younger but I just don't see the need for it any more, particularly with the way that rego costs have absolutely skyrocketed in Qld!

Just remembered that one of them is on old farts discount!

Wow...there are some impressive lists of cars that people are paying rego on. For myself I only have the following three vehicles:

1 x FGX XR8 sedan (mine)
1 x FG II ute (mine)
1 x Honda CRV (hers).

For those living outside Qld I have just paid 12 month rego on the ute for a wallet lightening sum of $879.00. So I am definately making my contribution to government coffers

MY03 WRX. I'll probably get a new car in the next year or two but if I have the space I will keep this one since it won't be worth much on trade and still is a fun and reliable car.

Still $960 for rego so I don't plan on having more than two cars. I'll definitely downgrade insurance to 3rd party though to offset the rego if I keep it

Smart fortwo Passion - My daily driver to get to work from one side of Brisbane to the other.
Holden Barina Spark - Wife's shopping trolly and school run runabout.

Believe it or not I actually like driving the Barina when I get the chance.

Unfortunately 4.... And none of them are anything special. I have 3 Dailys ranging from the good one when I know I'm going to stay clean at work that day, to the one I don't care too much about, to the one I drive when the one I don't care about decides not too start

Mrs wants it gone but a rough as it is I can't let go of a car that has never let me down in a decade of owning it😭
