Don't talk to me about AFD. I'm still PI$$ED OFF!

It was a good day spite there being no LTDHO, ok I'm building a bridge......

Nice cars to be seen, congrat's to Steve and Leigh for getting runner up.

Great looking cars within the E-series and FM sites. Best turnout overall. I don't think any other display was as big.

It was a pretty good day. I was too hungover to really enjoy it. Walking around made me feel sick.

Some pretty nice cars there.

On the way home I passed pyroay at the side of road, his car wouldnt run properly, I hope it isnt anything too bad. It didnt sound too healthy. That car is unreal!!

yeah was a good day. Sorry I had to leave early. Fairly good turnout and some very nice rides.

You think that was bad dan..first my car wouldn't start to get there (after a new alternator was installed friday!), then when im right out front of the uni entrance the bitch dies again for some reason! Right when people where lined up behind me.

So on with the hazards and then all of a sudden it starts up again when I turned the stereo off. Its got me bent over...

As an organiser of yesterday, i'd like to thank EVERYONE who attended with us.
It was fantastic to see everyone who said they'd come did so, with 1 or 2 extra cars to find places for we were lucky to fit everything in but overall i think we come out with a very impressive display.
If you wanted to see E-Series, u pretty much had to see us :P
Deffinately going to be on the list next year and hopefully we'll be bigger and more organised

Congrats to Steve and Leah on winning 2nd Best EA-BA

So wayne..can I have his number please..lol

Great Day!!! Love it. Here's some pic's I took, later in the arvo. Wish I'd taken a few more now. Our display has to of been one of the biggest (Looked like E-series owners was the entire strip ;))

Some of the cars had left so I couldn't get them all
And I couldn't get some shots cozz stupid people were in the way.

But as I said earlier, it was good to meet some of you guys!

PS I didnt get a club sticker for my car. Next time ;)

Good Day it was, thanks to all those organising and congrats to Steve and Leah!
Thanks to the guys afterwards for inviting me on the cruise to maccas hahaha, I thoroughly enjoyed my white choc frappe from the MC cafe, even if it made me feel sick on the way home.

I would have pics however the resolution of my camera was on 640x480, and i'm spewin big time! Lucky it didnt rain, it made the whole day it took me to polish the EF worth it

cheers,
-Dan

Awesome day guys! Big thanks to everyone who showed up and made their cars sparkle!

As John said, it was good to talk to talk to a number of the other e-series owners, and have them all know who we were!

Big congrats to Steve and Leah for being runner up!

400+ pics were taken... hence why I "snubbed" the E-series section (sorry guys!)

Will be more chatty & stuff next time around. Last time it was coz the ex had a leash on me, this time it was coz Pilch & I were havin too much fun taking snaps of anything that didn't move.

Karl, was good to chat with u again mate, just let me know when your tuning issues get sorted (re AU MAF housing), & best of luck with your EB too!

Yagz, after this morning's dyno run (110rwkw, albeit running *very* rich <???> [11.0 AFR @ WOT]), methinks the AUII XR8 intake goodies I'll be getting won't get me past your 150ish rwkw...

Jason, I realised after you left that I hadn't asked you to show me how the BA shifter + cable (under your vinyl cover) were hooked up! But that's my loss! Was good to chat with you anyway mate. Looking forward to your email mate

John, sorry about having u chase me around to move my car (more than once) :alien2:

Yep, AFD 2005 was awesome! I'd have to say my favourite car of the day was a black '64 Galaxie coupe.

-Dave-

:thebirds: And here's my favorite two pix of the day: *EDIT* Bunnyman pix removed : :gren: coz I need the space elsewhere... Sorry!

Dave,

I will take some pics and email them to you, also just sent you Murrays email address to your uni email address so you can organise the electronics shipping.

Oh and I must say that the e-series section was looking much better than the FFA! I dont want to start a sh!t fight but they only had like 8 cars if that. Im loyal to both camps so it didn't bother me, but it was odd.

I liked the way FFAU had their cars set out. not the usual row em up fashion. they might have had people drop out they seemed to have a high m3 per car
