Get a custom made VTEC sticker to suit your windscreen, they are proven to add instant HP. This is what a guy got on his mum's civic by adding this simple yet effective mod.

NOTE: Installation of a massive GT wing and altezza lights may be required depending on the size of the sticker as to help keep the car on the road with its new found power :eclipsee_

No... Dead Serious.

There is a power limiter chip inserted underneath the dashboard of all cars at the factory, and if you put a v-tec sticker on your windscreen it blocks the signal, thus enabling more power.

Yeah serious, but like i said you will need to also add some downforce like this guy who got a 60kw gain from his VTEC vinyl.

It depends on the car.

I'm not sure where it is on EBs. One of the guys on here will know.

This is where you must be careful. There are a lot of fakes going around that while they look similar and are cheaper, the composition of the plastic used in the sticker is not correct and so quite simply, they don't work.

I may be selling mine soon, so watch this space.

Not too sure yet on final prices its a rather new product and final testing is being done on falcons, i belive youngn was lucky enough to get the trial kit. But theres rumors there making a twin-Vtec version codenamed 'Type R' the single version is 'Spec S'

As FRDXR6 said, You will need to add a fairly sizeable spoiler to your car so that it can handle it's newfound power. It is not designed for the speeds obtainable with a V-Tec sticker, Thus the reason chips are installed in the first place.

Yeah lucky for me, my brother is working on this project...

Thus why I have a trail version and know so much about the product.

This is why FF.au is so good. There are so many people who have a heap of knowledge and are more than willing to share their expertise. It's just like a large family!

Hmmm...

The falcon is a pretty heavy car, I wonder if it would need a spoiler?

I'll ask my brother tonight, Usually with rice mobiles, they need a spoiler... but they are also much lighter than falcons.

I'll ring him and get back to you.

If you cover your car in vinyl graphics, the frictional coefficient of the car's surface will decrease (vinyl = different surface to standard paint), thus making it faster (this causes less drag from the air, especially if stickers are placed towards the front of the car). Not necessarily adding more power, but will make your car much faster! :Reverend:

I just rang my brother...

Good news! with the weight of a falcon you should be good to go with-out a spoiler.
