My old XB Fairmont was Apollo blue, loved that colour. had it resprayed as close to it as possible back in the day.
One of my BA XT's was shockwave, had the respray as well. My BF XR6 was Kinetic (could have been shockwave but it was darker than my BA) and my FG X XR8 is Kinetic. Metallic blue is the colour for me, darker rather than lighter. Cheers.

Cobalt on the EB/ED has always been a favourite.
On the BA it was shockwave (shame my shockwave was written off by a week-old p plater who was racing his mate and had a problem identifying what a red traffic light means). Really liked sensation on the FG, and wanted this for mine, but had to change it to vanish as they discontinued sensation. Vanish has grown on me since, and reminds me of the old generic midnight blue colour that was popular in the 80s. |
