i got the single spinner. not sure what ratio but it's a pain in the *** when you step it out then oversteer it back the opposite way and do a 180 (i'm starting to get use to it). thats the good thing about living on a national highway! heaps of room to kcuf up (as long as no one is coming).

my ED had a 3.27 single spinner. im pretty confident all 6 cylinder ED Ghias have got this now after mine was pulled apart and there was no LSD bits inside it even though it had the "high performance" tag.
i put in a ED XR 3.45 LSD and used the proper top trailing arms. im thinking of getting my other one rebuilt with 3.7's or 3.9's when money permits. |

Just in case anyone doesn't know yet, the 'High Performance' tag that you will find on almost any EB or ED that is not a GLi does not mean LSD. It means 4 pinion 28 spline (for some reason they felt the need to confuse everyone).
The tag you realy want to see on your factory fitted diff is 'Spin Resistant Diff', 'use LSD oil only'. This one also got me when i first bought my ED Futura. So I promptly remedied that! |

Had 3.27:1 factory single spinner, mangled it enough so it performed like an LSD, then replaced with a legit 3.27:1 LSD, mangled it again, will be replaced with rebuilt LSD and some gears of my choice.

Single spinner here. So damn dangerous.. I've always planned to upgrade to a 3.9 LSD though, but want something a little stronger. Hence thinking about some Lokkas but don't know much about them and what would be suitable.
Eh Ned. Isn't it, "Once bitten, twice shy"? :P

Hand me down 3.45 LSD from Karl. Myself and my mechanic, NC_Steve, put it in.
