Bit hard to tell from a small pic, but might be a Monteverdi Sierra?

Too easy! If only I'd been online when that one went up! Just passed mine on to a friend last Sunday. He plans to do a bit of restoration work. Mine was a little more original than that one, though.

That would have to be some sort of Bugatti with that radiator, the bodywork's possibly custom, since car makers didn't necessarily do bodies back then.

Or it could be a Bugatti rip-off...

Cool A Trabrant would probably have been too obvious...

Okay, found one.

Something different, but with a hint of familiarity about it...

Got it!
Dacia 1310

Dacia is also known for its older models which are no longer being made. The most popular model was Dacia 1300. Dacia 1310, 1400, 1410 were minor improvements of the Dacia 1300, which in turn was based on the Renault 12 of the 1970s.

Got it!

Dacia have been building Renaults under licence for ages - mostly the R12, although they also licenced some earlier models (R8, I think).

As time went on, they made a few updates to the nose and tail (each seemed to be uglier than the last, making the original Renault the best looking of the lot), and even extended the range to such things as a 'Crewman'-style 4 door ute.

They finally stopped making them a few years ago (except for the utes I think), but they are still all over Romania.

They are now owned by Renault, being positioned as a budget alternative to Renault, and have some newer models.

I suppose it is now your turn, Quicklier...although I have another challenge I could pose...
