How, by not saying NO to drugs, the odd cone here and there then every weekend, then everyday, then they start injecting every now and then or taking a tab and then they're hooked, need a grand a day to support their habit, can't work so they do crime, then prison and now they're on the merry go round.

thats absolutely appaling, i also have a cousin with down syndrome, she was attacked and raped 2 years ago whil waiting for a train at frankston station, they never cought them but i think they should also be hung up by there crown jewles and then castrated.. its sickening to think there are actually people out there like this

For a while now I have been saying that rapists of all nature should have their []D enises cut off to avoid it happening again. That way, the only thing their wiener will stick into is the atmosphere.

Eeek, scary stuff! All SOOO close to home! I'm 2 mins from Karingal and a Lil more from Frankston. Frankston station is scary for a chick on her own, I always travel with a mate...not that it will stop em!

My sister is in frankson hospital with suspected internal bleading, it wasnt a shove out of the way, it was a punch knock down to a disabled girl with no vision and a seeing stick.
