Thats the kit I have that I might put on the Territory? Still deciding...not for power, but for temps - like you Danny.

Cheers mate

Water/meth isn't being used for power gains but to cool intake temps more and make it more consistant as the runs are reasonably close together.
I cant remember exactly what Dave said but something to do with less chance of detanation aswell.
I also have a cool can that i am thinking of putting in.
Has anyone else got 1 of these installed ?
Feeling confident of a 11 sec pass but dam worried about my CV's.
Has anyone used the AADI CV shafts as i can get them for just under $300 a pair and would like to know what someone with around my new output figure of est 380 rwkw thinks of them.
And a big Layton Hewit

This is some info on the AADI CV's
I have had a set in my car for some time ...

The biggest problem is that they are un balanced so when you drive its like having a wheel out or very unbalanced.

The Tri Bearing set i thought was a good idea but is the main cause of most of the problems such a a clunk you get when going into gear and out...
worse in auto's

I have not been drag raced and just driven daily with 300+Kw
When i had my car up the other day i checked them to see how they are going ...
1 rubber boot has broken and spun grease under my car and if you check the play its as bad as fords diff play tollerances...

I helped people get these CV's at the start as other were telling me they were good and after chatting with the guys from ADDI were told they are good..
Well almost all the people that got CV off me i returned to them for money back so this is not just my view but from other forum members aswell...

If ya can not afford the new OEM ones the i would buy ones from a FTG or simlar as they would be better than AADI.

But also to defend AADI i was told they have redesgined the CV but i have had no news of these yet and they made the CV's shorter by 1cm to help people with lowered cars stop breaking CV's due to the OEM ones bottoming out ...

Like chris said anyone wanting more info and other reasons why not to have AADI call him...

thanks for the reply guys
the reason im asking is because im getting a fast knocking sound coming from the back right wheel when turning left and accelerating. Only makes this noise in this situation. i have checked all the bushes and shocks in the rear and everything is fine so its got to be a driveline issue. I think either the driveshaft or the diff, i think its more a driveshaft because it only makes the noise when cornering, if it was the diff i think it would make the noise in a straight line when taking off as well.
The reason i wanted to try the aadi driveshaft was basically because there cheap and i dont want to waste money on a new driveshaft if its the actual diff thats on its way. For 150 bux i think it was worth a shot. i was also thinking of finding a 2nd hand one to try but then theres the risk of it having the same problem as mine.
thats why i thought i better find out a bit more about these before i bought them.
what do FTG have? Are they reco oem's or aftermarket?
once again thanks for the replys
