As the consensus that seems to be cheap may not be all that good, the most expensive doesn't always pan out to be the greatest either, as there are many different types of brake pads,
you should do some homework and look at the specifications and traits of each type of pad and decide what it is you are after in a pad, as like most things in life there is usually a happy medium between performance, wear and longevity and cost, either end of the spectrum might be unsuitable, but somewhere in the middle is usually a winner for the average motorist.

one of the craziest things ive heard from a mate... he spend money to get 300rwkw and he puts on $100 cheap tyres and $30 brake pads.

I asked why put all that power through when it wont grip and then wont stop?

He said why spend more on consumable items, spend on stuff which stays on the car

Yup, I've heard it all...without going too off topic, whether it be tyres or other stuff...some people think it's all about marketing and brand name hype.
They think for example, a tyre is a tyre regardless.

To true and we have same people coming back with issues with their cheap tyres .

Bendix or Ferodo Pads here. Dont skimp on pads in all seriousness, dont want the compound braking down on you.
