Neoseeker (its meant to be a video game forum, but it is so big and popular that they have a devoted section for almost everything, including cars.
Australian Car Forums. (Used to be a good general car site, now it is just dead)
Rotorburn (for my mountain biking)

And a few others that I visit so rarely it's not even worth adding.
