Update:
The Coachman is unavailable for the weekend of the Meet. The entire hotel is booked out by the Early Falcon Club which are holding there show the same weekend. We can still book the bistro there for Saturday night dinner if you want to go ahead with that? I can call around other hotel/motels for availability of accommodation for those who need it? |

1. Ausbird +1 2. CobraXR8 +1 3. evl.54l + 1 4. JOSH + 1 5. Burnedout At this stage we have the above 5 cabins which are definitely booked with the possibility of another 5 available closer to the date. CobraXR8, evl.54l and Josh, I will PM you with the details for deposits etc when I receive them on Tuesday. |
