Dink 1L of water before bed. Get up at 7, and stay up for 3h and have a good feed plus water. Go back to bed. After you wake up for the second time 3 or so hours later, you'll feel right as rain.

Have a hearty, fattening breakfast.
Fry some eggs, bacon, sausages and whatever else you can find with lots of fat in it, in some oil. Have a piece of toast or two, with butter on it. Eat that. It was on that show Brainiac, where they tested a few methods of hangover treatment... including things like Powerade type drinks and that. The full on breakfast worked the best. Plus its a good excuse to eat some tasty, fattening food :P

go for a long hard run. sweat all that alcohol out.
what will happen in reality is that you'll probably drop dead after 50 metres (plus or minus 50 metres, depending on your health) in this case, once youre dead, you wont need to worry about the headache |

Getting on the ride on mower and doing some work generally smashes it out of me, but am a HUGE fan of the "hair of the dog method"
As a matter of fact, just having one now to fix last nights efforts.....too early to start the ride on |

Think need to take a little of my own advice this mornin'. Went to our nieces 18th party last night, was rather interesting finding my way to the bottom of a bottle of Gentleman Jacks. I was on my best behaviour, lol, despite threating some young fella to give him an 80kilo necklace of railway iron and drop him off the end of the harbour. I don't take kindly to people 'helping themselves' to my beloved nectar of the gods. Splesh lippy 18 year olds..!!..
Pass me the bucket....PLEASE.... : |

Water before bed, 4 Poweraids, 3 panadol, and a big greassy Smaccas or HJ's Brekky. I also feel better if I only sleep for about 4 hours, wake up and go to bed for a few hours later in the day.

ive just woken up from my mates wedding- drank way too much and feel fine...my secret?
Loads of water before you sleep with a hairy lemon and ibuprofen and a panadol prior to sleep. These can be taken at the same time as they both deal with headaches in different ways. In the morning, a glass of Eno to settle the tum and then a dip in the pool followed by a good feed! Gatorade helps replace the salts that you use too.

I always knew that RAAFies were a little soft. I think getting up and spending a whole day working in the sun like some Army fellas have to, will toughen you up. You'll fight through the pain and sleep like a baby the next night.
Unless of course you want to party the next night as well, then start drinking early. Mix in water, lots o food, some antacid, and no doze to keep you going. Done

Macca's. 3 hashbrowns washed down by a large orange juice.
Works a treat, you can have it on the way to the bottlo, too.

Another one for a good ride on the dirt bike. It could be the fresh air as pilch said, or that its so loud that you cant even think about the hangover!
Also a powerade or 2 and an ice cream seem to do wonders

it usually works a treat and only endup with a little head spin till about 12:00pm. Well so i am told anyway:P

Hangover prevention = copious amounts of water and Berocca before crashing
Hangover cure = hot shower, greasy as breakie, powerade and two paracetomols.

in hindley steet adelaide there is a cafe (i forget the name) thats serves something called an ABORTION it is like the inside of a yiros like lamb, garlic sauce, and the vegies ontop of hot chips, many people have told me that this is the ultimate cure for a hangover.

The biggest bag of Doritos Cheese supreme and a huge jar of salsa. You'll forget all about your hangover.......until it all comes back up again.

Have another can/shot ;)
Read something, somewhere that having some alcohol in the morning lessens the withdrawal symptoms. Then again I can be completely wrong!
