Problem is you report these things and still nothing happens, the law is an a** when it comes to consumer protection.
The scammers know this and keep on trading.

Just went through this with a company called "signature spares and performance"
Ordered and paid for a 3,5 inch x force exhaust for my fg turbo, queried why it handnt been sent and they said the postage they quoted was too low and they cancelled the order.
Refused to refund my money so we told the bank and the bank refunded the money and pursued it themselves.
Turns out they were closing the doors and just kept taking other peoples money just like me,quite a few didnt get their money back....
Lots of places do this stuff, one and only time ill ever use a company without paypal and im grateful i got refunded by my bank
Live and learn, paypal will always have your back as a buyer, not so much as a seller lol
We did report them to the appropriate authorities and yes they had already received complaints.

Didn't know i could dispute a direct deposit transaction through Bank,

Have done today so we will see if I get my money back from the Shonky Carpets, I'm sure they will be aware of other transactions that he has done over the last few years...

Thanks Everyone
