Denied!! :(
Apparently LTSA doesn't like MOFO on plates. So I'm back to looking for plates... still leaning towards PRO383 and FAT383... |

I personally don't see anything wrong with having the odd swear word on number plates. But we don't want to offend anyone over the age of 70 who might gasp in shock horror and then regail the grandkids with stories of "evil drivers with bad number plates".

M0F0C0 Though it still looks the same, they may see it different? Last year i concidered 67 FKD - GT-FKD - GET F*C*D, They approved them, but decided thats too much attnetion for me You have to imagine here in qld its either 400 3 letter and 2 number combos, or 2200 for anything you want - so us kids, we get creative with our plates! |

Can I hijack your thread by asking some suggestions about plates for my car?
Same deal as MOFOC0 we can have up to 5 letters but it must end in a number, I want a themed plate, I have a white XT BA lowered on big black dished 18's with tinted windows. ie the car has no colour at all, only white and black. So whats white/black/tough and quick? (no its not a joke... there is no punch line.) it could be a 5 letter word with a zero for the hell of it. Any ideas, like "zebra" only tougher and quicker (ignore avatar, old picture) |

has to finish with a number too also had AGRSV8 suggested. Still leaning towards FAT383.. or NORIC3 lol the other thing with SA pers. plates is they put the SA logo between the last letter and the first number.. so MOFOC0 would have read MOFOC.0 :( |

as the letter from TransportSA said "on careful examination of the combination you have requested, I have decided to decline your application on the basis that it may be misconstrued as an offensive word". Not because its FOMOCO mispelt. or because Ford said to all the licensing departments "don't let anyone put that on their plates damnit" http://www.fordforums.com.au/showpos...6&postcount=47 Quote:
You don't honestly sit there and wonder why some of us don't take you seriously do you?? If you'd replied to my post in a slightly more civilised manner, I wouldn't have posted this...I suggest you also browse ebay for 'sense of humour'. aaaannyyyways, back to the topic at hand: Dan (theboss290), INIAL8 is available Doc, I had the plates in NZ PHLTHY over there personalised plates are $400 one off payment (well they were 10yrs ago lol) and thats ANY 6 digit combo. keep the ideas coming : |

in SA its $172 once off iirc (thats 6 characters total, letters followed by numbers, at least 1 letter or number)
for anything fancier than that its a yearly fee of almost $200 i think.
