And your point is?? 19 inch wheels for starters are a bit over 2kay as an option, plus GST and stamp duty.. So we are talking 47 - 48 kay.. Obviously options will cost you money :S

heard them go for 17 private traded for way less i would say.they will get to excelent condition $10000, poor condition $500 at the wreckers. i am not that old ,but when i was first into cars xa-xb gt's were worth nothing. the main problem is as these cars age it costs more to maintain/restore them then they are worth or what a newer model can be bought for

I agree its definately a buyers market at the minute. I know a guy who runs a car yard and he says cars between 1 and 6 k are selling real quick and then its 20k and upwards. I think there just isnt the money floating about at the minute.

People are sort of scared if you like to run out and spend 40-50 K on a car
Years ago they would just stretch the home loan more, but many cant stretch it anymore
And if your cashed up,i doubt you would go new
Buy one 6-12 months old and save lots and lots
