I've always been a V8 man, and i'm looking to update shortly, but i must admit, i do love the look of the current shape WRX STI with the flared rear end.

If there was one car that would make me contemplate forgetting about the VL, and being my ticket to enter the blue side it would be a FG G6ET in Mystic.

I could easily replace my current ride for a E92 M3!!
Next car probably be a FG II S/C GTP 335 or a E3 Senator....next couple of years or so...

In terms of what I can actually reasonably afford I've been thinking about a VE SS, XR6T,G6ET, XR5 Turbo.
I currently drive a WRX which is now 7 or so years old. I want to get something that's new and has a bit of poke still. I would buy a new WRX except that they are rather expensive to run and not really suited to driving to/from work as I don't drive much other than that. If I had $200k I probably get a C63 AMG but that won't happen anytime soon if at all : |

After 15 years of driving cr@p cars so I could finally afford & talk the boss into letting my buy my 06 xr8 I dont think I could forget it. But if money was no object I would love to own a true supercar maybe an LP540 as my daily driver and the XR8 for cruising on the weekend.

I don't think there is any vehicle that could make me forget about my AUII XR8, it's such a nice ride, why would I.

A 911 GT3 RS. However, it's not exactly and every dayer now is it? So I don't know.
I like the Audi TT RS, and would go one over the two utes (but if I didn't need them for work). The Megane? well she's only 4 days old, so here's nothing I'd want to replace her with yet. |

Hmm, Audi RS6 or RS4
Bloke at work has an RS4 with a shed load of aftermarket gear cranking out over 600HP. It's frighteningly quick. |

There is a guy that lives across the road from my parents who upgrades his car every 15-20 years.
He had a replica sl/e torana for years and sold it, the whole streets mouth was watering in anticipation, at the time the new cars were vx commodores, we were expecting a hsv clubby brand new as he keeps them so long... He turns up with a VK commodore 5.0? Now that is up for sale, street has mouth watering again? Will it be a e3 gts? He will likely pick up a old vt senator 5.0 |

If I could afford it, I'd gladly upgrade my fourby to something a lot tougher like a GU4 Patrol with a lift kit, 33" tyres, air lockers, snorkel, barwork and a bunch of accessories.
The Fiesta is cool, the wife loves it, so not looking to replace that any time soon.

I want a lot of cars...
But if I had to have a direct replacement for my F-150 5.4 3v, I would take the EcoBoost F-150 in a heartbeat! But I also want a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with a diesel engine and manual tranny. I know the Rubicon isn't available anywhere with a diesel, but that's not the point. Please give me a Range Rover Vogue 4.4L TDV8 too! Ok, I need a sports car in there don't I? Ferrari California! |

If I had no budget, I'd buy a RS5, and do the engine up a lil bit
But, with the budget I do/ will have in a year and a bit when I get off my p's and sell my XR6, I plan on buying another Falcon. Don't know whether I will get a BA GT/-P, F6, or BF/FG XR8 or XR Turbo. It will all be subjective to cost, value and modding affordabilty. But I don't think I will ever 'forget' my XR6, I love it lol

SSV sportwagon, manual. i've never had a v8 before so i'm keen to give that a go.
realistically though, if I upgrade my 04 hilux 1 tonne to a new triton GLR with some goodies and get into 4wd'ing, then the family car won't be anything cool.
