Why? What would be the benefit of Holden going down the "shitter?"

surely that must be the Senator, not GTS???
at least they have abandoned the bonnet nostrils and the wacky shaped exhaust outlets through the rear bar |

Wow, just wow.
It really upsets you that much to see them on the road? You have issues. It would be far better to either ignore them and enjoy the car you have.

It doesnt look too bad.......
Those LED strips on the front are the culprit.......they cut through at the wrong place. The back is OK - but overall - its kinda lost its agresiveness.........kinda like a TRADIE that combs his hair and has a shave in the morning before appearing on site....... Need to reserve overall judgement until it hits the road.......colour choice also has a massive impact. |

Bit boring, pretty over the grill design that has basically been around since the VT1 but hey I'm never buying one so what do I care.
HSV has been going wrong since the VXII, VZ was ok but since VE1 they have just been disgusting. |

I like the side skirt... everything else just looks out of proportion! Most Holden lovers will drool all over it though saying its the best looking car on earth blah blah blah...

I reckon the VF's front is too big. Even for the VE body. The utes just look wrong from side on it's like it's grown a big head or something. It's all blocky and big. Then the rear is all swoopy and Mazda 3-like. VE was a much better looking car from I've seen so far. Give me a CTS-V please... |

The red photoshopped pic was very nice, this is very meh.
It looks more like a larger sports version of a Mazda 3 or Holden Cruze than a big masculine muscle car. |

what happened to things called stripes?alot of new cars could take a leaf out of the muscle car era and whack a nice stripe package on the car.an ugly car no doubt but at that sort of coin you would think they could jazz it up just a little, way to plain for me.

Dont mind it - much better than the E3. I liked the look of the E1 and 2 - they lost me with the over the top E3.

I don't mind it really. Will reserve full judgement till i see it in the flesh, but I don't think it's as horrible as everyone says. But then I love AU's too, so meh.

Doesn't really look like an HSV to me. Maybe this is what happens when all the development dollars go to the supercharged LSA...
Like the E-Series, HSV still haven't worked out how to integrate daytime running lights - they just look like cheap add-ons. At the back, there's a lack of differentiation to the VF Commodore SS - I think I read that HSV couldn't do a bigger spoiler because it would cause the aluminium boot to flex. |

I am disgusted ...... I'm a long time Holden fan and this just makes me want to poke my eyeballs out!
*In saying that, I appreciate all cars and also own bf turbo ute* But far out that's definitely not easy on the eye! |

I don't think its ugly, to my mind it just doesn't seem to have the presence that a HSV should have.

Well I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that I think it looks ok. Much better than the stupid looking E3 series. Would I buy one, no, because it's not a Ford but I think it doesn't look as horrid as many are making out.

For all we know - its a spy shot that's been a bit photoshopped to make everything a little clearer ? As with all things - angle of shot - colour - wheel type etc.....all will look different in real life and this could end up looking quite good on the road. |

I think this is a photoshop job. I'm going to reserve judgement until seeing it in the metal.

The reason why the GTS looks so wrong is because it hasn't been photoshopped to look better LOL! It's like a celebrity without makup The car doesn't flow and doesn't look tough, the stance seems wrong. |
