Given the size of Australia and how long it takes to get anywhere, this is just a marketing ploy...clever, but I would bet not all the cars are picked up. There's no actual catches, just a few hoops to jump through.

The app gives you a countdown to the closing date/time.
Then they will tell you where the remote dealer is and how far it is from you.

If you're still interested you call the number they give you.
You have to one of the first 10 to get through.

If you are one of the first 10 to get through on the phone you then have to get to your local Jeep dealer with the $10k by 5pm the following day.
Before you pick it up you must prove you've got it insured.

You then have to pick it up before July the 26th

Sounds great...until you read the fine print...

Borrow/Buy old XR6T, drive XR6T with mate to said location. Drive to nearest Ford dealer and trade in Jeep + Old XR6T on new XR6T. Problem solved

Wrong. There is no number to call. It will only give you a 'busy' tone. The only people that are getting $10k vehicles are those that are family members of people that work at Jeep. This kinda bs has been going for centuries. Can't believe people still fall for it. Line, hook, stinker.

The T&C's quite obviously states.....

"2. Entry is open to residents of Australia over the age of 18 who hold a current Australian
driver’s licence. Employees & their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies,
retailers and suppliers associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter."

few years ago I overheard--Certain dealer dumped the brand because cars on the forecourt lost mucho cash. The Parts and Service section made big $-but the marketing won out-dealer gone. lots of shinney cheep jeeps around.
