who cares!! if it goes up 20c/l its only an average of about an extra $10/week depending on fuel usage.

i don't buy cheap fuel. its cheap for a reason. bp ultimate all the way.

if it hits $2/litre i'll still drive my car. it guzzles too as its a v8 but i don't mind. it sounds good and it goes good.

el poochino - off topic, but i noticed in your sig you say 1 of 39 built for the xr wagon. i'm guessing thats for red ones. there were 476 wagons all up, 198 of which were manual. i had one.

Pulp is 124.9 around my area and to be honest even if it goes up by 10 cents its an extra 7 bucks a tank its not exactly going to bust the bank account.

Well gas has shot up about 30% here in Perth.
Maybe we should all get together with our mates and boycott a particular brand for a couple of weeks, this will hurt them and cause them to ring down their prices and the others will follow suit to keep custom.
In Perth there's a particular brand that is usually one of the firts to increas prices.
What do you reckon, I'll kick it off by suggesting a brand but I won't use their name but heres a hint to remember,Boycott Petrol

Fuel went up 9 cents a litre here.

Also read on NineMSN before that 13,000 gas tanks have been recalled...

I'd hate to run petrol ... I do a minimum of 150km per day ... but it can rise to 400-500km per day (Sydney metro driving) ... and if i get a country run ... it can turn into 1400-1500km per day.

I'd be broke if i was running petrol.

Seems to love it.

The car behaves no differently to a petrol version. Boost up just the same, just as easy to get booked.

I dont know how much it would cost in a petrol verion to do 460k, but with petrol on the rise I am very happy with it.

I have covered 10,000k since 1 Jan 07 and I have had no problems whatsoever.
