He just upgraded his prison cell and has more choice of cuisine that's about it because all the conditions are ridiculous and then having all these trumped up BS charges slapped on, the fact they tried to prosecute him on BS charges should mean IBAC investigation, scratch the surface, I'm interested to see whats beneath. How many times have the BS charges been slapped on and someone was prosecuted for them because they don't have the financial resources 'Porsche Driver' has to fund a decent legal team? I know I said I wasn't going to comment again but **** me dead.
Yes I know we can argue the toss about the charges as I have done and not going to again but a bloke on bail for offences commits more and then is given bail again Last edited by MITCHAY; 16-10-2020 at 07:11 PM. |

But that's not what happened, he wasn't simply given bail again... Time has passed... Quite a lot, actually.

He's just spent (almost) six Months in the Big house on remand, I'm Tipping When He does get to Court the Sentence will be "Time served"..
Undoubtedly, he'll get off a heap Better than the Truck Driver & His Boss Will.. |

If you commit offences while on bail you should be held on remand. Isn't that one of the conditions of bail

Sure, but was there any reason the case relating to his prior offences couldnt have been heard already? Will the time already served count towards these other charges? I'm betting no.

Mohinder to plead guilty, but dropping 27 charges? How the hell does that work, did they just lay on BS charges. |

Maybe someone here could explain to me,how being a bit of a drug dealer, and being in possession of ammunition, would have been a factor in the truckies driving abilities that afternoon

My take on it… Possibly an argument that has escalated. Broken glass, that could have been something as simple as dropping a glass or accidental breakage of a table, who knows? The vision of him on the roof doesn’t really show someone highly agitated and considering what the media are like, if this is the only vision they have, it’s as bad as it is. With my utter contempt for the mainstream media, I’ll decode some of the BS in their “news” story. So the charges are… 1. Making threats to kill. Yeah, I’ll believe it when I hear the audio. 2. False imprisonment. So he told his missus not to open the door to the cops? 3. Common law assault. Really? Such a broad term here. Keep in mind that spitting falls under Common Law Assault, so he could have been yelling without a face mask on and the “brave” officer could have reported that he felt saliva on his skin as a result. 4. Committing an indictable offence whilst on bail. Yeah, pretty standard that one. Here’s common law assault. https://www.judicialcollege.vic.edu....s/CCB/4957.htm So concerned neighbours called 000 after hearing screams and the sound of smashing glass, yeah right. I wouldn’t be surprised if the “concerned neighbours” have been in discussions with police command and have been told to keep an “extremely accurate” account of “anything” that happens at Pusey’s house. Not surprising really and this is common for police to instruct “good Samaritans’ in their civic duty, you know, we‘ll scratch your back, etc. So Pusey refused to let the police in. Well, do you blame him? If the nosey neighbours next to me called the cops and they turned up, I’d tell them to f@#* %$f as well. Just for the record, I have told the police to F@#$ %#f from my doorstep in the past. So instead of opening the door, he ran to the rooftop and “spat” abuse to a woman inside the home as well as dozens of “brave” police at the bottom of his property, blah blah blah. Then a “tense” stand off that lasted for about three hours before the CIRT smashed his door in. Do they really think that anyone out there believes this BS? Knowing what he’s built like, and the fact that there would be… 1. No immediate danger to the female inside. 2. Knowing that there is an “extremely remote” possibility of weapons inside, apart from the obvious ones, it must have been extremely tense, oh, these police are so brave. Anyhow, thank you Vicpol for keeping us all so safe. Tonight I will put a blue Harpic Flushmatic in my cistern so whenever I look down, I will think of the brave members of Vicpol. #respectblue

This is what has been alleged in Court,
Not as trivial as some others have interpreted. Mr Pusey is accused of unlawfully imprisoning a woman and holding her against her will. Police allege he threatened to kill the woman. He placed a noose around her neck, “placing her in danger of serious injury”, police allege. The man has also been charged with assault. Police allege he sent “abusive and derogatory text messages and made phone calls” that were “menacing” over the three-day period leading up to his arrest.

A police officers direct evidence of what they saw and heard is not hearsay. Hearsay is what someone else said happened and you repeat it without evidence, unless that person comes to Court and testifies. Part of his bail conditions was to open the door to Police, which apparently he didn't do. That's hearsay on my behalf, just going by what has been reported.

So of all the charges thrown at him he is guilty of only 3, 1 being the dubious charge that the lawyer claimed didn't exist.....odd.

Mohinder Singh, who was driving the truck that ploughed into the four officers near Kew on April 22 last year, has pleaded guilty to four counts of culpable driving causing death and six other charges in relation to the crash. Today, the 48-year-old could not even raise his head to look at family members as they learned he was involved in a drug deal just minutes before the fatal crash. Mohinder is starting to make Richard look like a saint.
