I haven't seen a spoiler like that before. It's different. Gotta give it that.

Nice ride BBCOUPE

Those Continental Roof cars are awesome

Was that a factory XB Colour? Looks a fair bit lighter than Apollo Blue

Did the FMX box come from the ZG? I thought they had C4s like the ZF K codes

The coupe came as you see it, non factory colour(plated as Tango Orange) I bought it as a daily driver and to give a home to the running gear from the Fairlane.

By the way....I still have that rear spoiler if someone wants to make an offer....

lol..yep, used to be coupegirl..the new name is her plates so even i cant forget that!..

thankyou..she WAS an excellent buy, especially since the market hadn't slumped then..still pinching myself..full bare metal rebuild and got her for only a few thousand more than a full resto job was selling for on ebay at the time..you hear horror stories of buying sight unseen but i was extremely lucky, the guy i bought her off was great and she was even better than could be imagined..meant to be..was a pain in the butt getting her home from interstate and i will be eternally grateful for what the poor bugger went through for me to finally have a replacement for my ruby..

shes off the road at the moment, shes lost the stocky 351 and now has rubys warm 351 onboard nearly completed..different exhaust system so she wont sound the same as ruby but will shed a tear when she fires up for the first time in the next few weeks..

due to unforeseen circumstances i came close to putting her up for sale recently but got talked out of that idea very quickly by some good friends who will make sure we stay together and on the road..

will post pics and keep you updated..cheers!!

welcome back pami
if you open a photobucket account - just upload any photo in there and move your cursor over the photo. move it down until four boxes show up. click on the bottom box (img no.) and it will be copied. just paste straight in here

My Whipplecharged GT

Yes, some guard rub on the rear wheel... Doesn't help when you power it up with someone heavy in the back :(

The Wifes

Yes, needs some new wheels... It'll do for now though.

And the twins. I did own both but offered one of them to my sister at family rates. I don't have the shed space for all of them...

What running gear do you have in them? I can't tell by the pics (I am not that good at judging anyway) but what size tyres you got on them??

i would LOVE to go to echuca but definitely not with trixie..i have a few friends say they're heading down so you never know, i might bum a lift..wouldnt be the same but i'd love to see all the coupes together!!

hey i know there is a specific area for parts etc, but my brother is organising to have ruby completely stripped down very soon so she'll yield some great parts..hes not wanting to keep anything so once i have them all organised i'll list them on here first before he puts them on ebay..

No Worries Pam,

Hope you can make it as we had a Blast at the last event. It was Pure "Coupetopia"
This event looks to be even Bigger than before.

It would be Great if you can list the parts you manage to salvage from Ruby in the parts wanted/For sale section of our club http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=11226824
Hopefully you will have some of the parts Im chasing. :
I believe She was an XC, from memory.

Hey F-GT, your sister car (XA converted to XB) Wouldn't happen to be a Superbird, I see it has a rear louvre on it?

That Looks Awesome!! F-GT
Does the Whipple supercharger bolt onto a standard 4barrel manifold or do you need a custom one like the Weiand uses?
Also did you need to modify the distributor to clear the blower snout,?
Cheers Jack

The whipple comes with an adapter plate that sits on standard 4barrel manifold. In the pic, it has an Edelbrock performer underneath.

The biggest problem I had was the distributor. The bloody adapter plate was the new batch and was actually further forward ( this is going back years now ) which blocked 2 plug leads. Tried different combinations and in the end settled on a crab cap.

Mallory twin point with accel crab cap.
