I really enjoyed the transformation of this 1970 Mustang Mach 1.

Why did you post that video.
Not only would I love an old Mustang like that, but what about that hoist that is used for washing under the car.

Who wouldn't want something like this to play with.......
Sadly, out of the reach for many. Lifts like that start from $6000, his are more like $10,000+. I would have a set of Quick Jacks if it weren't for the mess of tubes and wires they create. I like things neat and tidy, these just don't do it for me.

Who ever allocated the space for the Garages on cookie cutter homes should be shot.
You are lucky to be able to fit the car in let alone walk around it or store other things in there. Just being able to open the door enough to get out of the car is all they allow.

My mates commodore only just fits. Maybe 2-3inches at the back and same at the front. Clearly not a home built for Australian vehicles.

Didn't take a picture, but used the snow foam again yesterday. This time I mixed it up at a bit over double strength, so about 250ml in the Litre bottle. Left the nozzle adjustment all the way to the minus and the foam was much better. Very smooth and thick and stayed on for the time it took me to prepare the normal wash buckets etc.
The car was too dirty for it to really have any effect but it just looks cool. Not sure it would ever be effective enough for a 1 step wash unless the car was just lightly dusted and not actually dirty. Just after I finished drying it, it decided to rain, so that was a bit annoying. Had to give it another wipe down once I got it in the carport.

My Mustang is only every a little dusty or some water spots if it rains. I think the snow foam does clean it pretty well but I wash it properly every time after snow foam as I am scared to dry it without washing it 100% |

It is good to see some Australian Made products that are flying under the radar.
I have not seen this brand before. It could be interesting to list any others if anyone uses them as well.

Bit off topic but those hexagonal lights that all of the detailers seem to have.. Where can you buy something like that?

$65 including 4 big softie cloths from Repco. Tomorrow/Saturdays project on the i30 to finally after about a year give it a real detail and some long term protection. I am looking forward to trying Bead Machine.

This is a bit of a different question. I'm after a waterless wash / quick detail spray for my bike (cycle). Most bike wash products require rinsing off but I want something I can just spray and wipe. During the good weather months it doesn't get that dirty so just after something quick and easy. It's full carbon (painted) with matt finish. What's a good cost effective product?

https://www.waxit.com.au/collections...20-concentrate Bowdens offer a product called Clean Detail that would also do well. Pre-mixed and ready to use. https://www.bowdensown.com.au/produc...r/clean-detail If it were me, I would be getting a bottle of Optimum No Rinse (ONR). https://www.detailstore.com.au/colle...nse-wash-shine Now I know that bottle is expensive at $43, but again, this product goes a long way. ONR can be used in multiple ways, so could save you buying different products. It's main use is for water-less or rinse-less washing but can also be used as a quick-detailer, clay lubricant, window cleaner and drying aid. Grab a few spray bottles so you can dill I have ONR mixed up at 1:16 as a quick-detailer and use it for wiping down door jambs after a wash or even giving an interior a quick wipe down. For you bike, I would be pre-treating by spraying with ONR, then wiping in straight motions with a folded microfibre. Make sure to flip the towel to a clean section often to avoid scratches.
