A question for those in the know, no guess artists pl...........I'm thinking of locking in Kinetic with the Tan trim option in an XR8. In regard to the trim will it be called saddle as per old school? Is it a leather lux Pac option available on the XR8? I don't expect it to be a NCO, although that would be nice, any heads up info about the tan trim would be appreciated.

I wonder if this new tan leather interior will be the ducks guts (100% full grain hides) or more of the same (pleather outers and coated leather on the facing parts).

$80k BMW and Mercs dont get full leather, so its unlikely a $50k Ford will.

My guess would be it will be faux leather in lieu of the real deal for something like a Falcon.........the tan/saddle trim colour would be cool though Cheers Mick |

I'm guessing all the latest Sync software will be on the current screen of the new Falcon? |

Is it just me or does the wheel look chunkier than an OEM FG 1 or 2 wheel?
And no keyless start...

Those seats look a damn sight nicer than the cheap cr@p they call 'leather' on the current FG XR series.

My previous post should read: Motor Mag, not Motot mag - apologies!
The fourby wheel is a reflection in the glass... Didn't realise the depths of testing these cars go through - I mean testing how easy it is to clean those chips out of all those nooks and crannies is a pretty comprehensive "family oriented" testing procedure! I'm impressed! |
