Nice work on the photos, looks nice!

So, the only model that hasn't been caught yet seems to be the G6ET?

That's so you can adjust the steering column up and down.
That driver had it all the way down.

Would be better if they just remove the turbo badge completely and colour code the xr6 badge. Like XR(plain 6) if non-turbo, and XR(red 6) if turbo. And i think the boot chrome strip on the xr8 shouldn't be chrome, but it still looks good either way.

XR6 = Non Turbo
XR6 = Turbo

Lol, I made this exact post, almost word for word, about 20 pages back! Great minds and all that.

It's growing on me... despite no major upgrade to the interior, it is looking the goods.

Its a bit tricky to find a good place for them. The concave shape of the boot around the numberplate is just big enough to be a pain. They might already be in the right spots haha.

And no Falcon badge on a Falcon makes me go...something...something

I would just debadge it and be done with it

I think an interior upgrade is almost a moot point at this stage. With the GT's engine, mild revisions inside, Sync 2, and THAT exterior, I'm all in. Yes, I would have preferred a modernised interior, but it's not a deal breaker.

Those pics are hot, why did Ford not release pics of this thing in black? Could have avoided a lot of negativity...

If you don't like the badges, just remove them. The XR6T badges do look a little awkward, but the XR8 seems much better.

Its nothing, its just the perspective of the photo. You can just see the other side of the dash spear next to the drivers air vent.

With regards to the badges, perhaps the reason why some are finding placement awkward is that Falcons for the last 12 years (over two generations) have followed a very similar look with both their font style and placement on a similar boot lid design?

Either way, with the above photo's of that black XR8, I want my new car NOW
